Angela Ni is an associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. She is a member of the Intellectual Property practice.

Ms. Ni focuses her practice on complex patent litigations, particularly in the fields of pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. She also has experience with technology in the mechanical sector. Ms. Ni has experience in all aspects of litigation, including trial work and appeals, and has been a member of teams that have obtained favorable results for clients at the district court and appellate levels.

Ms. Ni received her J.D. from the University of Minnesota School of Law, cum laude, in 2006. She received a B.S. in Brain and Cognitive Sciences (concentration in Systems Neuroscience) with a minor in Biology from M.I.T., as well as a M.P.H. (concentration in Chronic Disease Epidemiology) from Yale University. She is a member of the New York and New Jersey State Bars, and is admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. Ms. Ni is also an accredited attorney by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.
