Anita has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, having represented buyers and sellers of businesses in both public and private transactions of varying sizes in a wide range of industries. Her mergers and acquisitions practice has included cash, stock and leveraged transactions.

Anita's securities law experience includes representation of issuers and underwriters of securities in 1933 Act registered offerings, both initial and secondary, including offerings by companies engaged in satellite communications, psychological testing, trucking, banking, insurance and physician practice management. Her healthcare law experience has included representation of hospitals and other healthcare providers as well as healthcare trade associations.
