Anna Carr Halsey

Anna Halsey counsels clients on intellectual property and complex litigation matters in the biomedical and life sciences sector, with an emphasis on patent litigation and licensing disputes. She represents companies in district courts across the country seeking to enforce their intellectual property rights and those accused of patent, trademark and trade dress infringement.

Anna’s extensive litigation experience includes jury trials, evidentiary hearings, Markman briefings and hearings, summary judgment proceedings, Federal Circuit appeals, International Trade Commission Section 337 investigations, and participating in mediation and settlement negotiations. In addition to her focus on biomedical and life science technologies, Anna has worked on a wide range of technologies, including computer software, food science, agricultural and manufacturing technologies, and LCD chip technology.

Anna also assists with patent and trademark prosecution before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Anna's prior experience includes serving as an intellectual property attorney for a nationwide litigation-focused law firm.
