Anna Marie Hernandez is a partner in Holland & Knight's Miami office and a member of the firm's South Florida Litigation Team. Ms. Hernandez focuses her practice on complex real estate and commercial litigation matters, including title insurance, collection, and landlord-tenant issues and general business disputes. She also concentrates on the protection of creditors' rights in related bankruptcy actions in state and federal court. Ms. Hernandez has handled numerous evidentiary and dispositive hearings in state and federal court.
