Anthony Morris is a member of the Atlanta Insurance Litigation Section. Mr. Morris has a practice that spans business litigation, professional ethics and entertainment.

The representation of multi-national insurance carriers is a central focus of Mr. Morris' practice, including handling all types of coverage disputes, with a particular emphasis on those alleging bad faith and catastrophic loss property damage. He also has significant experience rendering coverage opinions, representing clients in all types of alternative dispute resolution and monitoring and evaluating complex cases. Mr. Morris also has extensive experience in drafting policy forms for insurers for many types of insurance coverage. Another focus of Mr. Morris' practice is defending licensed professionals in negligence, malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, and securities fraud claims. Mr. Morris also audits law firms on behalf of insurers in their underwriting process. Mr. Morris has had extensive experience before state and federal courts throughout the country in a wide-range of civil litigation matters. Mr. Morris has also authored numerous articles and publications and has lectured at many seminars on insurance-related topics.
