Aparna B. Joshi is a partner in O’Melveny's Washington, DC office and a member of the Labor and Employment Practice. Aparna represents employers in labor arbitrations, mediations, negotiations and litigation under the Railway Labor Act. Aparna also has substantial experience representing employers in a wide range of employment discrimination matters including Title VII, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, wrongful discharge, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. Additionally, Aparna routinely advises clients on mass reductions in force as well as individual employee terminations. She also has significant experience representing the Firm’s clients in complex class action employment litigation as well as in international labor matters.
