ARYEH H. ZARCHAN is a partner in the New York office. His practice focuses on corporate and securities transactions, with an emphasis on capital raising through public offerings and private placements of securities. He also has spent time in the firm’s Hong Kong office where he focused on capital raising for foreign private issuers, including emerging companies.

While at Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Mr. Zarchan was an H. Bert and Ruth Mack Scholar and received the Jacob Burns Medal.
