Asher Rivner is a counsel in O’Melveny’s New York office and a member of the Securities Litigation Practice. Asher focuses on securities, breach of fiduciary duties, bondholder, and general commercial litigation. Asher also advises financial institutions, private-equity firms, and large corporations on structuring transactions and transaction documents to minimize litigation risks. He has also provided pre-litigation advice to both acquirers and sellers on material adverse effect clauses and on other aspects of Delaware law.

Asher has also represented several pro bono clients in a wide range of matters and has received two awards from the Legal Aid Society for his pro bono work.
