Austin Evans

is an associate in King & Spalding’s Atlanta office and is a member of the Tort and Environmental Law Practice Group. Mr. Evans has experience defending many cases, on both the state and federal levels, involving diverse claims against international corporations.

Mr. Evans joined King & Spalding in 2012 after practicing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for seven years.

Representative Experience

Serving as member of the team representing tobacco company in Engle progeny litigation;

Defending international dialysis services company in litigation throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware; and

Member of team representing clinical laboratory in diagnostic testing litigation
