Ben Chung is Of Counsel in the Corporate Department at Morrison & Foerster, resident in the firm's Los Angeles office where he maintains a securities, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate, and real estate practice.

Mr. Chung has advised technology, life science, financial services, and entertainment companies with respect to securities offerings, corporate governance, SEC compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and venture financing. He also represents broker dealers and investment advisers with respect to SEC compliance. His real estate practice includes advising clients on leasing transactions and the acquisitions and dispositions of real property.

Mr. Chung received his J.D. in 2001 from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1997.
