Benjamin Cutchshaw is an associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Orange County office. Mr. Cutchshaw represents clients in all aspects of complex business litigation, including in the areas of technology, real estate, securities, antitrust, and international commercial disputes. Mr. Cutchshaw is also an alumnus of the Trial Attorney Partnership program with the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. While participating in the program, Mr. Cutchshaw worked full-time as a deputy district attorney, first-chairing multiple jury trials and prosecuting felony preliminary hearings.

Mr. Cutchshaw received a B.S. in Business cum laude, from Pepperdine University's Graziadio School in 2005. He received his J.D. degree in 2008 from the University of Michigan where he was a Dean’s Scholar. Prior to law school, Mr. Cutchshaw was a technology specialist for a global telecommunications company and served as a consultant for technology startups. He is a member of the California Bar.
