Bonnie M. Grant

Bonnie focuses her practice on patent litigation. She has experience in a wide range of litigation and trial matters, including significant experience in patent litigation in the Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. Additionally, she second-chaired a jury trial in the Western District of Wisconsin, securing a verdict of approximately four million dollars for her client. Through her role as a day-to-day litigation manager, Bonnie coordinates activities of defense groups and opposing counsel, manages large-scale discovery, takes and defends key depositions, drafts a variety of motions, and argues those motions in court. In the first five years of her career, Bonnie assisted a variety of clients in patent prosecution and counseling, including prosecuting a family of patent applications for a major medical device manufacturer.

While an engineering student, Ms. Grant worked as a technician at Applied Research Laboratories, a research laboratory for the Department of Defense. Among other projects, she wrote and de-bugged software for the Air Force regarding their Global Positioning System satellites.
