Brad Elias is a counsel in O'Melveny’s New York office and a member of the Securities Litigation Practice Group. Brad has worked on a broad spectrum of cases, including securities class actions, shareholder derivative lawsuits, breach of contract actions, breach of fiduciary duty actions, bankruptcy litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and various other complex corporate matters.
