Brian Sun has earned a national reputation as a distinguished trial lawyer in complex business litigation and white-collar criminal defense. His cases have included representing Dr. Wen Ho Lee in his successful civil suit against the U.S. government, former Clinton fundraiser Johnny Chung, and former Orange County Sheriff Michael Carona. Brian is a former chair of the Litigation Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He has been recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal as being among the "Best of the Bar in Los Angeles." Brian is a former president of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA) and the Los Angeles Regional Foodbank. In 2013, Brian was honored by NAPABA with its Trailblazer Award and by the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association with its Lifetime Achievement Award.
