BRIAN J. LOHAN is a partner in the firm’s New York office and his practice focuses on all aspects of corporate reorganizations, bankruptcy and insolvency. Mr. Lohan has experience representing chapter 11 debtors, noteholders, bondholders, senior lenders and other creditor constituencies. Mr. Lohan is also an adjunct professor of bankruptcy law at The John Marshall Law School.
