Brian M. Bunn is a partner of the law firm McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Boston office. He maintains a general business practice, and concentrates his practice on advising companies and investors in connection with general corporate law, securities law, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital financing transactions.

Brian has represented clients in a variety of merger and acquisition transactions involving both U.S. and international businesses in a wide range of industries, including life sciences, medical devices, manufacturing, energy and technology. In the private equity and venture capital area, Brian has represented both companies and investors in all stages of debt and equity financings. His international experience includes merger and acquisition transactions involving businesses in China, Germany and the United Kingdom.

Brian was selected as a Massachusetts Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in 2011.

Brian is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
