Brian P. Corrigan is a partner in Holland & Knight's New York office and a member of the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice, focusing on the areas of trusts, estates and fiduciary litigation. Mr. Corrigan has experience in a variety of Surrogate's Court matters, including will contests, contested accounting, fiduciary removal, fiduciary surcharge, will construction/reformation and discovery proceedings. Mr. Corrigan also represents clients in New York State Supreme Court and federal district court on disputes related to inheritance interests, trusts and estates. He is also experienced in contested and uncontested guardianship proceedings in New York State Supreme Court and New York Surrogate's Court.
Mr. Corrigan is the New York office project coordinator for the Holland & Knight Mickey Rooney Elder Financial Abuse Pro Bono Project. Through this project, the firm provides legal services focused on preventing and remedying damage caused by financial elder abuse to those in need.
