Brian W. Barrett

Mr. Barrett is an associate in the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP's Chicago office. He has experience in a broad range of employee benefits issues, including counseling clients on qualified retirement and welfare plan matters regarding plan administration, fiduciary responsibility, claims procedures, and disclosure requirements. He also has experience handling executive compensation and executive severance matters.

Prior to focusing his practice in the employee benefits area, Mr. Barrett counseled clients in all aspects of labor and employment law and represented clients in employment discrimination and ERISA litigation, concentrating in class action and complex multi-party litigation.
