Bridget McCarthy is a partner in the Business Law Section of the Los Angeles office of Holland & Knight. Ms. McCarthy's practice includes advising domestic and foreign clients and preparing documentation for commercial, financing and intellectual property transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, secured transactions, formation of corporations and limited liability companies, distribution and sales representative agreements, and trademark and technology licensing agreements. She has also served in a general counsel capacity, advising clients on corporate and LLC governance matters, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. She has represented manufacturing companies and distributors, hotel and restaurant owners, advertising agencies, Internet and on-line gaming companies, rental companies and food and beverage distributors.
Ms. McCarthy practiced law in the Corporate Department of Whitman Breed Abbott & Morgan LLP's Los Angeles office from 1990 up to the time that office's practice joined Holland & Knight.
