Brittany Brown focuses her practice in the area of securities litigation with an emphasis on federal securities fraud and SEC enforcement matters. While in law school, Ms. Brown served as a legal intern for the SEC's trial unit in the Miami regional office. During her second year, she was chosen as a member of the inaugural class of the University of Miami School of Law's Investor Rights Clinic where she represented clients in securities arbitration claims before FINRA. Ms. Brown was also selected to compete in FINRA's Securities Dispute Resolution Triathlon in 2012.

In addition, Ms. Brown was a member of the University of Miami School of Law Trial Team. As a trial team member, she participated in several trial competitions and won the University of Miami School of Law Intra-School Trial Competition in 2011. Ms. Brown was a recipient of the Honorable Theodore Klein Endowed Scholarship for her performance in the Litigation Skills Program. She also received the Ambassador Sue McCourt Cobb Scholarship for her demonstrated academic achievement in the interrelationship between law and economics.
