Brooke Schultz's practice focuses on representing corporations in a range of litigation and enforcement matters, with an emphasis on matters arising under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). She has been involved in various aspects of complex commercial and business litigation and has experience conducting internal investigations for Fortune 500 companies.
