Carla Walworth is a partner in the Litigation practice of the Paul Hastings New York office. She concentrates on complex commercial litigation, jury trials, and internal investigations.

Ms. Walworth has represented a variety of companies and corporate executives in litigation and investigation into business practices. Ms. Walworth has 20 successful jury trials, jury research and analysis in hundreds of cases, and 6 successful appeals to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. She has tried to verdict a broad spectrum of business tort claims, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, partnership, and contract issues. She has handled cases involving mergers and acquisitions, piercing the corporate veil, joint ventures, ownership of intellectual property, as well as federal securities laws. With experience in all aspects of commercial litigation, including e-discovery, computer forensics, expert discovery, and courtroom presentation of electronic evidence, she has played a central role in a number of complex trials.
