Céline Crosa di Vergagni joined Quinn Emanuel’s Los Angeles office as an associate in 2006 and its New York office in 2008. Her practice areas include complex structured finance litigation, trademark and copyright disputes, and white collar crime matters. Céline has represented clients in international arbitrations involving trade secret and contractual claims. She has also counseled US and foreign clients in the areas of enforcement of intellectual property rights, defamation and securities law. Prior to joining Quinn Emanuel, Céline clerked for the Appeals Unit of the Office of the Prosecutor at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague, where she drafted appellate briefs, assisted with the preparation of addresses to the Appeals Chamber of the International Tribunal, and selected evidence for appellate hearings. Céline is licensed to practice law in the states of California and New York, and as a solicitor in England & Wales.
