Chad Robinson focuses his practice on the defense of insurance carrier clients, where claims and suits are brought against them in coverage issues and alleged bad faith actions. Many of these coverage disputes are derived from claims involving windstorm, sinkhole, fire, mold, theft and water losses.
Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Chad has represented his clients in state and federal court actions, in all aspects of litigation including trial, within various areas of the law including construction, employment discrimination, business torts, fraud, trade secret, bankruptcy, fraud, defamation, premises and third-party liability and labor disputes.
Chad graduated from the University of Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication. He then attended Nova Southeastern University for Law School graduating cum laude.
While in law school, Chad served as Sources Editor for the Nova Law Review and was a teaching assistant for Criminal Law and Constitutional Law, after achieving academic excellence in both of these subjects. Additionally, he was co-founder of the first ever law school radio station which remains on the air. He frequently serves as a judge for high school, college and law school mock trial competitions. He is also conversant in both Spanish and Hebrew.
