Eric Song regularly advises financial institutions, private equity funds and a variety of public and private companies on both domestic and international transactional tax matters.

Mr. Song’s practice focuses primarily on the structuring and tax aspects of: Mergers and acquisitions, Tax-free reorganizations, Partnerships and joint ventures, Cross-border restructurings, Private equity investments, REITs, Securities offerings and financing transactions.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Song was a tax associate at another global law firm in New York City.
