Chijioke E. Offor

Chiji Offor practices in all areas of intellectual property law, with a particular focus on patent litigation. He has litigation and technical experience in a wide array of technology areas, including complex business analytics and data processing software, wireless communications, electronic gaming devices, digital half toning, and seismic data acquisition technologies. He has significant experience handling all stages of patent litigation, including developing and executing case strategies, managing discovery, drafting substantive motions, drafting invalidity contentions, taking and defending depositions and preparing witnesses, arguing discovery motions, and drafting post-trial briefs. He also has been involved in the representation of clients at trial in the Eastern District of Texas.

Chiji is a member of the Honorable Barbara M. G. Lynn American IP Inn of Court, the Dallas Bar Association, and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. He is on the board of the Dallas Regional Chamber Young Professionals and serves on the Chamber's Education Policy Committee. He also serves on the Advisory Council for the UT Dallas School of Economics, Political and Policy Sciences.
