Chris Y. Chen is engaged in a diverse corporate practice and has represented clients in a variety of industries, including life sciences, high technology, entertainment, energy, manufacturing, telecommunications, real estate and marketing. He represents issuers and investors in public offerings and private placement transactions, including early- and later-stage venture capital financings and debt financings, and routinely provides advice regarding periodic SEC reporting, compliance and corporate governance matters.
