Christian has more than 15 years of experience representing parties in corporate finance and real estate transactions. He primarily represents money center banks, asset-based lenders and corporate borrowers in negotiating syndicated, club and single lender credit facilities. He also represents institutional investors and issuers in the purchase and sale of privately placed securities.

He regularly counsels clients who lend to, or invest in beverage, healthcare, environmental services, technology and manufacturing companies. He also spends a significant portion of his practice negotiating intercreditor arrangements for the holders of senior, first-lien and mezzanine debt.
