Chris focuses on business and securities litigation, securities fraud class actions, SEC enforcement matters, transaction litigation, corporate governance matters, internal investigations, and other complex commercial disputes. In addition, Chris regularly advises clients on compliance matters and sensitive issues outside the context of litigation arising under the federal securities laws or other applicable laws. Chris works on a daily basis with the private equity, investment management, and securities practice groups at Ropes & Gray. The clients with whom Chris works are among the largest and most sophisticated private equity and venture capital firms, hedge funds, investment management firms, and public companies across the country and globally. Chris has also served as a Special Assistant District Attorney where he successfully tried well over a dozen criminal trials to verdict.
