Christopher M. Dargie

Mr. Dargie is a director and shareholder of Perkins Thompson, and an experienced member of Perkins Thompson’s business law practice group. His specific areas of practice include advice regarding the legal and business aspects of purchases and sales of businesses and business assets, advice for startups regarding business entity selection and organization, private securities offerings, advice for sellers and buyers in commercial transactions, general counsel services for businesses of all sizes and types, business immigration services, and contract negotiation and drafting services.
