Christopher M. Locke

CHRISTOPHER M. LOCKE is a Member of the Firm in the Corporate Services and Health Care and Life Sciences practices, in the Washington, DC, office of Epstein Becker Green. He represents publicly and privately held clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, securities offerings, and other commercial transactions. Mr. Locke, a former Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigations, also represents health care and other companies in governmental investigations, and trains employers and employees on workplace violence and surviving active shooter scenarios.
