Christopher P. Morgan

Christopher Morgan maintains a diverse practice handling civil and commercial litigation matters for both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts. His practice includes litigating catastrophic loss matters involving substantial economic damages related to construction site liability, truck accident transportation law, dram shop liability and commercial contract disputes. Chris’s practice also has an emphasis in premises liability, consumer fraud, breach of warranty, and insurance coverage issues. Through his litigation experience, Chris has developed a proficiency in enforcing the indemnification rights of clients at both the trial and appellate levels.

Chris also has significant experience in litigating workplace-related discrimination lawsuits based upon age, race, gender, and disability. His employment litigation experience includes the enforcement of non-compete and restrictive covenants and claims involving federal and state whistle-blower statutes.

Prior to joining White and Williams, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Carol E. Higbee, P.J.Cv. in Atlantic City, where in addition to a full civil docket, he worked on legal issues for the Vioxx, Accutane, and Hormone Replacement Therapy mass torts.

While in law school, Chris was a member of the winning team of the Hunter Moot Court Competition and interned for the Honorable Anne E. Thompson, U.S.D.J.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Chris worked for several years at an environmental consulting firm.
