Claire N. Covington

Claire focuses her practice in the area of complex commercial and financial services litigation. As part of her practice, she also regularly counsels clients and colleagues on best practices in connection with all areas of E-discovery law including litigation holds, preservation of electronically stored information, litigation readiness, records management of electronic and legacy data, and e-discovery technology. Claire is a committee member of the Seventh Circuit Electronic Discovery Pilot and has presented accredited CLE instruction to colleagues, professional groups, and event attendees on a wide range of topics, including litigation holds, document preservation, privacy concerns and social media.
