Clay M. Carlton is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Carlton has represented clients in commercial matters involving business and corporate disputes and torts, federal and state government investigations, consumer fraud and unfair trade practice actions, injunctive relief, product liability, and international arbitration. He has also represented clients in class action cases.

Although Mr. Carlton has represented clients involved in a broad range of industries, much of his practice has focused on banking and financial services litigation. He also has experience in the consultation of banks and companies within the financial services industry.

Mr. Carlton maintains an active pro bono practice, providing legal advice to local individuals and nonprofit organizations.

Mr. Carlton received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2010, where he was inducted into the University of Florida Hall of Fame. He was also a University of Florida Supreme Court Justice and served as the executive symposium editor of the Florida Law Review. Mr. Carlton received his B.S. in finance from the University of Florida in 2007, where he was selected as an honorable mention for Outstanding Undergraduate Male Leader and was inducted into the Florida Blue Key Leadership Honorary.
