Cynde H. Munzer is a member in Dykema's Chicago office and represents clients in business and transactional matters. During the course of her legal career, she has served as a trusted advisor to many of the area's major publicly-held corporation and financial institutions. Her clients also include middle market businesses, newly emerging and smaller corporations as well.

Cynde has a wealth of experience representing businesses in a broad range of matters, including asset and stock acquisitions and dispositions, mergers, joint development agreements, master services agreements, license agreements, real estate leases and other real estate matters, distributorship agreements, employment contracts, independent contractor agreements, and non-compete and confidentiality agreements. In addition, she has represented some of Chicago's leading financial institutions in the negotiation and preparation of documentation for complex asset-based financing transactions. Cynde has also presented seminars on topics of interest to emerging businesses, such as succession planning, stock option and phantom stock agreements, employment agreements, confidentiality and non-compete provisions and leasing matters.

Prior to entering private practice, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert Chapman Buckley, Justice of the Illinois Appellate Court. Before practicing law, she worked as a broadcast journalist.
