Daeyna M. Grant is an associate in Venable's Corporate group in Los Angeles. Ms. Grant's practice focuses on a range of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, private investment offerings, company formations and joint ventures.

Prior to joining Venable, Ms. Grant was a corporate associate in the New York office of a global law firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate matters.

Ms. Grant received her LL.M. in Entertainment, Media, and Intellectual Property law from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she was Submissions Editor of the Entertainment Law Review. She received her law degree from Columbia University School of Law, where she was a Staff Editor of the Human Rights Law Review / A Jailhouse Lawyer's Manual. Ms. Grant holds a B.A. degree in Political Science from Colgate University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
