Dani S. Nazemian is an associate in Cooley's Business department. She joined the Firm in 2013 and is a resident in the San Diego office.

Her practice focuses on general corporate law. Prior to joining Cooley, Ms. Nazemian worked as an analytic consultant for Thomson Reuters, where she focused on pinpointing fraudulent practices within the governmental healthcare system.

Ms. Nazemian received a JD, cum laude, from Boston College Law School, where she served as Senior Editor of the Boston College Law Review. While in law school, Ms. Nazemian worked at the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office in the Medicaid Fraud Division and participated in a transactional clinic with the Boston College Legal Assistance Bureau.

Ms. Nazemian also holds a Master of Health Science from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology, cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
