Daniel Ray

is an associate in the Silicon Valley office and a member of the corporate team. He has significant experience advising clients in technology transactions, including complex mergers and acquisitions, licensing agreements, joint ventures and other intellectual property-driven relationships. Mr. Ray also advises on privacy-related issues. His practice focuses primarily on the Internet, hardware, software, media and life sciences industries.

Mr. Ray represents clients at every stage of their growth, from Series A fundraising through an initial public offering or sale. He also has considerable experience representing established clients, including Fortune 500 technology companies, investment banks and private equity funds.
