Daniel Ray

is an associate in the Silicon Valley office and a member of the corporate team. He has significant experience advising clients in technology transactions, including complex mergers and acquisitions, licensing agreements, joint ventures and other intellectual property-driven relationships. Mr. Ray also advises on privacy-related issues. His practice focuses primarily on the Internet, hardware, software, media and life sciences industries.
