In addition, Dan has extensive experience with contract disputes involving long-term obligations and has helped numerous clients address the challenging liability and damages issues presented by the breach of what are often among their most complicated contractual arrangements.

A recipient of the Columbus Bar Association's/Foundation's pro bono service award, Dan recently secured a victory for a mentally ill client in the Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
