Daniel P. Hanlon

Daniel Hanlon is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office. He focuses his practice in the area of public litigation and dispute resolution. During law school, Mr. Hanlon served as president of the Charles C. Papy Jr. Moot Court Board, where he argued in multiple national competitions and was awarded "Best Oralist" at the Ruby R. Vale Corporate Moot Court Competition. He was also a member of the University of Miami Law Review, worked as a research teaching assistant and was an active member of the Federalist Society.

While in law school, Mr. Hanlon also served as a judicial intern for Judge Frank A. Shepherd of the Florida Third District Court of Appeal, and was a law clerk in the U.S. Attorneys' Office Major Crimes Section.
