Danielle Kemp is a Shareholder in the firm’s Tampa office. She focuses her practice on bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Ms. Kemp has extensive bankruptcy experience, representing debtors, trustees and creditors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy matters, and litigating numerous bankruptcy claims and preference actions. She also has experience in a wide range of civil litigation matters. She has represented clients at the trial and appellate levels in commercial lease disputes, commercial loan disputes and foreclosures, garnishments and business tort litigation. In addition, Ms. Kemp is experienced in taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing important dispositive motions, negotiating settlement agreements, and generally handling all facets of a wide array of commercial cases in state court.
