Darin Beffa

is a partner in the Litigation Practice Group. His practice covers commercial contract, business tort, fraud, antitrust, and patent infringement, including complex cases and appeals.

In law school, Darin performed clinical work for the Berkman Center for Internet & Society, while also doing work on the board of a student-run business. Darin began his legal education at the University of Michigan Law School, and was selected to join the Michigan Law Review shortly before transferring to Harvard Law School to complete his studies.

Before law school, Darin spent time in Washington, D.C., working as an aide to U.S. Representative George R. Nethercutt Jr. Since that time, he has also worked for the U.S. Department of Justice, and served as a law clerk to U.S. District Judge George H. King.
