He has more than 30 years of experience in all types of business and securities matters. Darrell's experience includes representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and public and private securities offerings. He also advises clients on business start-ups and organizations, strategic alliances, joint ventures and other domestic and international business transactions, and securities law compliance.
