David James Thompson is an associate in the Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Mr. Thompson received his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2013, where he was an editor for the Hastings Communications & Entertainment Law Journal. While in law school, he interned for Presiding Judge C. Don Clay of Alameda County Superior Court. Mr. Thompson received his B.S. in business administration, with a concentration in finance, from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 2010.

Mr. Thompson is admitted to practice in California.
