Mr. Wilson concentrates his practice on patent law, with an emphasis on domestic and international patent preparation and prosecution.

Mr. Wilson has experience in preparing and prosecuting patents in various fields of the electrical and mechanical arts, including computer systems and software, telecommunications systems, semiconductors, signal processing, downhole tools, flow measurement systems, and medical devices. His practice also includes drafting legal opinions and providing client counseling with regard to intellectual property law.

Additionally, he has extensive experience in engineering data acquisition systems for the seismic exploration industry, and was previously granted several patents for systems and methods related to seismic systems.

Mr. Wilson earned his B.S. in Engineering Technology from the University of Houston prior to receiving his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center.
