David Fuad

is a managing associate in the Los Angeles office. He has a broad range of experience in both state and federal courts. Mr. Fuad has extensive experience with breach of contract and trademark matters, and his practice also includes enforcing creditors' rights for financial institutions, representing both tenants and landlords in commercial lease disputes, and defending manufacturers in product liability actions.

Recent engagements include:

Robbins v. Alco Industries, et al. Represented Union Carbide in a three-week jury trial in Portland, Oregon, resulting in a complete defense victory.
Lam Research Corp. v. Belfor, et al. Represented a Silicon Valley semiconductor manufacturer in a trade secret dispute, resulting in a favorable settlement.
ConsumerInfo.com, Inc. v. One Technologies LP, et al. Represented an internet technology company in a dispute with a competitor involving antitrust, breach of contract, and novel trademark claims, culminating in a five-week jury trial and a favorable verdict.
Represented a major oil company in connection with the enforcement of its trademark rights.
Represented a major hedge fund in a series of complex litigations involving its life settlement portfolio.

Mr. Fuad also maintains an active pro bono practice, and recently secured a large settlement for a highly-respected artist whose mural was defaced.

While attending law school, Mr. Fuad served as an extern for two Los Angeles Superior Court judges and was a member of the Loyola Entertainment Law Review.
