David Eisen is the regional managing partner of Wilson Elser’s Los Angeles office. He has more than 30 years of experience litigating complex matters in state and federal courts and in arbitrations. David focuses his practice on professional liability matters, representing law firms and individual lawyers in malpractice and dissolution actions.
David has represented and counseled hundreds of law firms and lawyers in professional liability and related matters, including actions involving malpractice claims, fee disputes, dissolution, expulsion, withdrawal, mergers and fiduciary obligations. His professional liability experience also includes the defense of national accounting firms in malpractice claims.
