David V. Chang is of counsel in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Chang's active transactional practice includes institutional lending, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate representation. He has represented lenders and borrowers in numerous financing transactions, including asset-based, real estate, and cash flow loans. He also has represented issuers and underwriters in debt and equity offerings, and has counseled public companies on securities law compliance.
Mr. Chang earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2002 and his B.A. in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1998.
