Deborah Enea

is an associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding, where she is a member of the firm’s Finance Practice Group. Ms. Enea’s practice focuses on representing lending institutions and corporate borrowers in a variety of finance transactions including agented credit facilities, acquisition financing, cash flow and asset-backed financing, asset-based lending, and syndicated financing in a variety of industries. She has specific industry expertise in healthcare/pharma and media/communications.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Ms. Enea was in the commercial lending industry for a global finance company in the areas of vendor, equipment and franchise finance, and for a value-added reseller (VAR) of information technology. Her responsibilities included partnering with banks and finance companies to provide leasing and finance solutions for middle-market end-users.

Ms. Enea graduated Order of the Coif, with honors, from Emory University School of Law, where she served as an articles editor of the Emory Law Journal. She earned her bachelor’s degree and master’s degrees from Colgate University and the Tyler School of Art at Temple University, respectively.

Ms. Enea is a commission member of the City of Roswell Arts Commission and a participant in the Atlanta Regional Commission’s Arts Leaders of Metro Atlanta Class of 2014. She is President of the Chapter Planning Board of the Temple University Atlanta Alumni Association. She served on the Colgate University Alumni Council and received the Colgate University District Clubs Award for Distinguished Individual Alumnus. Ms. Enea is also a graduate of Leadership Buckhead.
