Deepak Singh is an associate in our San Francisco office and a member of our litigation group. Deepak's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on food litigation. He also has experience working on a range of matters, from business contract and product liability claims to real estate and insurance disputes. Additionally, he has litigated cases in state and federal court and represented clients in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

While in law school, Deepak worked as a legal intern for a large investment management firm and as a law clerk for a securities litigation and arbitration firm. He also co-founded the Gould/Marshall Alliance, an organization aimed at developing ties between USC's law school and business school. As a member of USC's Immigration Clinic, he represented individuals seeking asylum before the United States Department of Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Deepak worked at a large Phoenix-based firm where he represented businesses in complex commercial and real estate litigation. He is licensed to practice in both California and Arizona.
